The registration form is a pdf that you save to your computer or IPad.  Once saved, click on the arrow on the right side of the document.  You will see a menu on the right side, click on “Fill & Sign’ (on the right side menu). Click on a field (i.e. first name)  and box will appear to fill in the information.  If you are unable to accomplish, print and complete by hand.
